What are the benefits?
While NEA and AEA offer many member benefits including liability insurance, legal consultation, and more, FEA offers opportunities to make a difference in our daily lives, right here at home.
FEA works as a team to keep each other informed of school employee rights, current issues, and district plans. FEA leaders meet monthly with the FPS Superintendent to address members' concerns. Members get answers to their questions, and timely information about directions our district is heading.
When FEA members need help navigating difficult work situations, FEA offers representation and guides members with extensive knowledge of our personnel policies.
FEA helps members create professional networks and camaraderie across schools and disciplines. Members connect through monthly member meetings, book studies, professional development opportunities, celebrations, and more. FEA is a team of dedicated educators growing together and working toward a common goal: to make Fayetteville Public Schools the best it can be.
We hope you join our team!
