What is FEA?
Fayetteville Education Association is a community of certified and classified staff who support each other in the Fayetteville Public School District. We are a local chapter that is a part of the Arkansas Education Association and the National Education Association! By joining FEA, you are becoming a part of a larger team of educational supporters! You are impacting the lives of everyone and everything that is public education!
Mission
The mission of the Fayetteville Education Association is to promote excellence in our educational community, to foster and support partnerships, and to provide a voice for teachers and staff of Fayetteville Public Schools.
Vision
The Fayetteville Education Association will achieve effective partnerships to meet the challenging demands of our educational community by providing direction, leadership, and collaborative and expanding membership.

Local chapter of AEA that supports each other on local issues and needs. We have worked with district and building administrations to help provide for our students, faculty, and staff. We have ensured that policy is being followed and support is readily available.

State chapter that is in the heart of Little Rock ensuring that public education is being represented and looked after while laws are being passed that effect our schools, children, and staff in the state of Arkansas.

National chapter that is the guiding force of the nations public education system. Works for every state to ensure that our government is supporting education and all of it's elements in the United States.
